Yes, a person can get a translation of a Japanese fuse box cover. They would have to look in to owners manual (many come in 2 or 3 languages) or they can look in the cars English maintenance manual.

The fuse box diagram can be found in the owners manual of this car. It can also be found on the inside of the fuse box cover of this car.

I've a '92 Mitsubishi 2.5 so I'm not sure would that make a difference but did you try slightly above the accelerator in the fuse box, the fifth fuse basically the top right? ( it's right at the corner) This fuse also does the electric wing mirrors. :) (15a)
The fuse box diagram will be located on the inside cover of the fuse box. The fuse box can be found in the engine compartment.
go on to e bay - type in pajero fuses and you will find sticky labels in English to stick on the fuse box covers (July 2009)
