What was the last judgment?

The Last or Final Judgment is when all the souls of the just and wicked shall be assembled before God that He may be glorified. This will take place after the end of the world. Each soul will have already undergone its particular judgment and is either consigned to heaven or hell. These particular judgments, however, were private, between the soul and God. At the end of the world, when all has been done and the consequences of our sins and virtues have ended, God will review His judgments publicly that all creation may see and understand the forces of evil and good in the world and everyone's part in them. God's judgments upon all souls will be revealed in their wisdom and His justice will be glorified.

The Bible teaches that there wil be a last judgment. In the book of revelation around chapters 20-22 the bible speaks of a great white throne that Jesus Christ will sit on one day to judge and determine the eternal destiny of every human who has ever lived. Those whose names are written in the book of life will be with Christ for ever. Those who rejected Christ will be in the lake of fire forever.

The Bible says that God is "Not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance" and again speaking of God "He who would have all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth"

The truth God wants us to come to is that we are all sinners (Romans 3:23) and are born separate from God because we inherited Adams sin nature when he rebelled against God in the garden of eden. (Romans 5:10)

We al deserve Gods punishment on us for our sinful condition but God made a way for us to be reconciled with him but it is the ONLY way. Jesus said speaking of himself " I am the way the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the father but by me" again the scriptures say of Jesus Christ " Niether is their salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved."

The good news (Gospel ) is found in 1 Corintians 15 1-7 which teaches us that "Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and was buried and rose three days later according to the scriptures." speaking of Jesus Christ the bible says that "He by the grace of God tasted death for every man."

Jesus Christ went to the cross and died in my place and suffered for me for my sins and he did it for you and all men. God the father was satisfied with the payment Jesus made. Three days later God the Father raised him from the dead then took him back to heaven where he sits at Gods right hand. see Romans 10:8-14 when a sinner comes to understand this message and sincerely believes in his heart that Jesus died in his place and that God raised him the third day, God saves the sinner JUST BY BELIEVING THIS MESSAGE. Romans 1:16-Romans 5:1-Romans 4:5-Ephesians 1:12-13-Ephesians 2:8-8

You receive Jesus as your lord and savior by BELIEVING he died for you in your place and that God raised him up. Romans 10;9-14 basically says if you have believed this message in your heart you will confess or call on Christ as an indication of true faith Romans 10:14

Those who reject the payment Jesus made on their behalf end up in the lake of fire-----forever.
