Russia has 11 time zones, I will presume you mean Moscow.

England is at (Greenwich Mean Time) GMT.

Moscow is (Greenwich Mean Time) GMT +3 hours, ie. 3 hours ahead of Greenwich, England.

England is 3 hours behind Moscow. (Daylight savings not taken into account.)

UPDATE:

Russia used to have 11 time zones, but they now have nine. Also, they did away with the semiannual summer time clock changes, choosing to remain "permanently" on summer time. So Moscow is now always 4 hrs. ahead of UTC.

  • British Summer Time (BST) to Kaliningrad Time (FET) is 2 hrs.
  • Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) to FET is 3 hrs.
  • BST to Moscow Time (MSK) is 3 hrs.
  • GMT to MSK is 4 hrs.
  • BST to Yekaterinburg Time (YEKT) is 5 hrs.
  • GMT to YEKT is 6 hrs.
  • BST to Omsk Standard Time (OMST) is 6 hrs.
  • GMT to OMST is 7 hrs.
  • BST to Krasnoyarsk Time (KRAT) is 7 hrs.
  • GMT to KRAT is 8 hrs.
  • BST to Irkutsk Time (IRKT) is 8 hrs.
  • GMT to IRKT is 9 hrs.
  • BST to Yakutsk Time (YAKT) is 9 hrs.
  • GMT to YAKT is 10 hrs.
  • BST to Vladivostok Time (VLAT) is 10 hrs.
  • GMT to VLAT is 11 hrs.
  • BST to Magadan Time (MAGT) is 11 hrs.
  • GMT to MAGT is 12 hrs.
