If you have not done so, replace all vacuum hoses, including the brake booster hose. Check the booster for a cracked or leaking diaphragm. Replace the hoses one at a time to avoid getting confused. If it idles rough but runs good under acceleration, then a vacuum leak is probable.
I expect that you can buy the mirror online but I had mine fixed at a local glass shop. They purchased or cut a mirror to fit and they glued it over the cracked one.

You will need to first disconnect the electrical connection behind the headlights. You can then detach the cover and dry out the headlight. Make sure the source is not a cracked lens.
