Amps range from about £30 all the way up to thousands of pounds. There isn't really an "average price" unless you be more precise. E.g What is the average price of a (insert type of guitar amp here)? I got my amp, a Vox VT15, for £155. I've seen amps for as low as £25 and as high as £6000+

I've seen Guitars for like £30 and even saw an ad for a 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard (original) for £100,000-£150,000
