What is the best Pokemon to defeat the Pokemon league in Pokemon emerald?

You should have a rayquaza for drake (maybe a backup salamence or flygon), a hariyama from victory road, or evolve makuhita (maybe a backup machamp or medicham) for Sidney, a Mightyena for Phoebe (maybe a backup absol, banette, or dusclops), a blaziken [if you started with torchic] or a Torkoal (maybe a backup camerupt), and lots of grass and electric Pokemon for Wallace. [wailord, tentacruel,whiscash,ludicolo, milotic, and somebody else is who Wallace has.]

Well I think Rayquaza because he is fast and powerfull. If you want to know where he is in the sky pillar near Pacifidlog, you have to wake him first then come back later to get him. when you are inside you have to use the mach bike to get over the cracks. The best poke ball to catch him with is the master ball.

Beating the elite four in emerald is fairly easy. The Pokemon i used were Blaziken-lv 92, Ninetails-lv 87, Flygon-lv 83, Alataria lv 77, Gyarados lv 75, and Armaldo lv 72. You don't have to raise your Pokemon to those levels, but i recommend your Pokemon being at lv 54 at the most. Hope this info helps you out.

I think you should use a team that can be greatly assembelled only by having sapphire or ruby that is beat but there is another too.(With S/R Beat=-1)

honestly, you can use any Pokemon type that is or has moves super-effective on most of the elite four's Pokemon. You can use any Pokemon of that type that you want. hope this helps! :)

you can use kyogre and teach it: thunder, warterfall, hydro pump and ice beam then level it up then u should have no problem beating them. i done this and won the very first time - kyogre level 58

For Sidney, use a Fighting or Bug type For E42, use a Ghost or Dark type For E43, use a Fire, Fighting orRock Type For Drake, use a Dragon or Ice Type For Wallace, Use a Grass Type Mostly.

Dark types for sure, but since they the solar pokemon are rock and psychic, use ice as well.
