Most auto repair stores offer rear view mirror installation kit. The kit offers the proper adhesive as well as a mounting button.

If I am right in thinking the Prelude mirror is stuck to the front screen there are two ways to re attach it Loctite make an adhesive specially for that purpose or the easiest way is to buy a double sided adhesive mirror pad from your local car accessory shop In either case make sure the screen is spotlessly clean before re attaching the mirror.

I am assuming that you are refering to the one on the windshield. On the piece that attaches to the glass, you will need to take a flat file and file it until it it level. At the auto parts store they have a special adhesive. Follow the directions.

You can get a mounting kit from the parts store, the metal piece comes out of the mirror by loosening an allen screw, glue the mount to the window as per instructions and when it is set slide the mirror on and tighten set screw.
