I have that game to. If you are doing level 100 battles, use your starter Pokemon, Kyogre (if cought) and maybe an ALtaria. Altaria because it has perish song. Perish song slowly lowers the HP of Altaria and the opponets Pokemon. You can catch altaria at he same tower as rayquaza. It is on the end of the last floor. Glad I could help.
