∙ 12y agoThe best Dragon type Pokemon in fire red is Dragonite (number:149)
You have to catch a Dratini and raise it to level 40 and the it will become Dragonite.

Edit: Actually Dartini evolves into Dragonair at level 30 then Dragonair evolves into Dragonite at level 55
But if you are going to train the Dartini using an exp.share then I suggest not letting it evolve until level 54 then it will have learned all the good moves also easier to train!
