We use " odor-ban" it works really good!! You can normally find it at Sams Club most likely, that's where we get it, or possibly petco. At sams club you can buy a gallon of odorban and it comes with a spraybottle so you can spray it whenever you want or just use it to freshen up the house! Its safe to use on smelly clothes the pets use when you wash the clothes. It doesnt cost that much and If i remember correctly, its hypoallergenic!!
The best thing I have found for keeping fleas and ticks off of dogs and cats is the once a month topicals, such as Frontline, Advantix or Advantage. Just put it on topically once a month and no more ticks or fleas.
I have heard that you should sprinkle salt on the ground, and it should keep the cats from leaving droppings in your garden (If that's your problem).
You could also try installing a motion-sensitive lamp outside, maybe it will get scared when the lights go on.
I believe there are products you can buy from pet stores that will humanely repel unwanted cats and dogs. Or you could sprinkle the ground with powdered white pepper, but the pepper would need replacing after heavy rain. I would try a pet store, or search and buy online.
there is a remedy that calls you to place 2-4 gallon water bottles on the lawn n it should work but not sure if u have to place anything in the bottles.
