You should get an animal that will bond and not fight the other pet. For example cats and dogs normally don't get along but sometimes there are exceptions. Just get a pet that you like and if the two pets don't get along separate them.

∙ 12y agothe secret is....DOGS!cats do not have the charm of dogs.you can build a strong relationship with your dog and one shocking day,you may have your life in danger,and a dog might save it.TRUE FACT:i saw this on animal planet.while cats are the lazy ones,they are not affectionate or anything like dogs,and they will never spare a chance to safe your life one day.hope this was helpful!:)

∙ 12y agoIt usually depends on the breed of the cat. the Siamese cat gets along well with most pets, but many other cats do not go well with other pets, unless you train your cat to like your other pets.
