∙ 12y agoTake new disposable nappy/ diaper such as pampers, pour in at least half a pint of water, freeze it. When frozen place in a plastic bag, inside a pillow case. This allowed me to position the frozen pack over my shoulder perfectly on my burning rash. Eased the pain better than anything else. Keep a supply of frozen pampers in the freezer! Even as it thaws it holds the liquid. This gave me my first break from the excruciating pain.... Sympathy to everyone suffering this torture.
