The Walt Disney World resorts are broken down into several categories, by price/luxury level and by location. When deciding which resort is best for you, you need to decide what you can spend and what you want to do. You should also keep in mind how many people are in your party.

Guests On A BudgetThe easiest way to bring down the cost of hotel accommodations is to stay at one of the Value resorts (All-Star Music, All-Star Movies, All-Star Sports, Pop Century). These resorts offer less amenities and smaller rooms but at a much lower rate. Other budget tips: book early so you can pay over time, travel during the off-season, and look out for promotions through Disney's website. You may even be able to upgrade to a Moderate resort! Larger GroupsThere are several options for guests traveling in groups larger than four. Some of the Deluxe resorts (Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Boardwalk, Beach Club, offer rooms with a twin-size daybed (sleep up to five). The family suites at All-Star Music sleep up to six. The villas available at some Deluxe resorts (Animal Kingdom Lodge, Contemporary, Boardwalk, Beach Club, Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, Wilderness Lodge) have multiple bedrooms and can sleep up to 12. You can also get two connecting standard rooms if requested in advance. Guests Without A CarAlthough Walt Disney World provides free transportation from all of the resorts, some guests worry about taking young children on buses without seat belts or car seats. The Magic Kingdom area resorts offer transportation to MK via monorail (Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian) or boat (Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Fort Wilderness). The Epcot area resorts offer transportation to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios via walkway or boat (Boardwalk, Beach Club, Yacht Club). An Epcot area resort is also a good choice for adult wanting to "drink around the world". Guests With DisabilitiesAll Walt Disney World resorts are accessible to guests with disabilities, and the buses and monorail are equipped to handle wheelchairs and EVCs. It may be easier, however, to have your car close to your room. The cabins at Fort Wilderness and the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs offer one parking space in front of each individual building. Both of these options also have full kitchens.

The biggest resort is the newest one Pop Century, I was there last May, and it was beautiful. I thold over 1880 rooms, making it one of the BIGGEST resorts in the World.
