What is the best way for you to lose weight if you weigh 135 and you are 5'6?
Weighing 135 at 5'6 is every womans dream! You are of a great height and weight body proportion. I read in the newspaper yesterday that Europe is making it illegal for stores to pose manequines in their windows that are less than a size 7, the actual average for women. Gone are the days of anorexic models! However, if you are still adamant about losing weight, please see you primary physician and get on a well balanced diet and exersize program that is healthly for your body! Trying to lose more weight than is healthy for your body type results in muscle loss, severe medical problems, and could possibly lead to death! Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia are not the answer! Muscle weighs more than fat, and in toneing ones body you could look more fit, yet gain weight. Please consult your doctor before trying to lose weight. Females should average about 25% body fat, more or less pertaining to body type and physical activity! Obviously athletes will have less body fat, and many althletic woman who lose too much body fat actually lose their menstrual cycles.
