Hi there.
The best way for me to apply makeup preferably foundation would be to use a damp sponge as it applies the foundation more evenly. And to apply the rest of your makeup i would recommend using makeup brushes.

∙ 12y agoI don't think there is a way to apply make-up "perfectly", but there is a way to apply make-up the proper way. I suggest Michelle Phan to you. She has these video tutorials on how to apply make-up the proper way and how many styles of applying make-up.
