You cant really burn 3500 calories in one day. It would take about a week for that to happen if you burn 500 a day. An easy way to do this is to ride a bike,roller scate, jumping jacks and other types of exersise

All exercises will burn 3,500 calories over time. Cardio exercise is excellent. Cardio can be such thing as brisk walking , jogging, running, trampolining cross-country skiing, etc.

It may be your goal to lose a 3500calories per day, it is not advisable and possible to regularly aim to burn 3,500 calories all at once. You could need anything between 180 and 600 minutes, or 3 to 10 hours, to burn all those calories on the treadmill, depending on your size and speed.
