The body of Christ is the Christian congregation.

ANOTHER ANSWER:

The Body of Christ is HIS WIFE... the CHURCH... whom He Loves dearly; and for and to whom He gave His Life! It's the collective of all whom God is calling out of the world for His Holy use [sanctification]. The Church of God is, collectively, God's Wife; and each person, individually within the church [within the protective, nourishing womb of God's Wife], is a struggling, growing, developing Child of God.

"For a husband is the head of his wife AS CHRIST IS THE HEAD OF HIS BODY, THE CHURCH; He gave His Life to be her Savior. As the church submits to Christ, so you wives must submit to your husbands in everything [That's not exactly as you hear marriage described by rebellious men in this world, is it?].

"And you husbands must love your wives WITH THE SAME LOVE CHRIST SHOWED THE CHURCH. He gave up His Life for her to make her Holy and Clean, washed by baptism and God's Word." (Eph.5:23-26 NLTNew Living Translation)

As God created the institution of "marriage"... the wife is commanded to revere and obey her husband DIRECTLY in proportion TO HER HUSBAND's REVERENCE AND OBEDIENCE TO CHRIST!

"As the Scriptures say, 'A man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.' THIS IS A GREAT MYSTERY, but it is an illustration OF THE WAY CHRIST AND THE CHURCH ARE ONE. So again I say, EACH MAN MUST LOVE HIS WIFE AS HE LOVES HIMSELF, and the wife must respect her husband." (verses 31-33)

What term refers to the fact that the Church is a concrete visible sign of Christs presence to everyone?

I believe you that you are referring to the Eucharist. The Church is the Mystical Body of Christ, and the Eucharist is His Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. Although you may be referring to the term "the Mystical Body". The Term "Mystical Body" is from Pope Pius XII Encyclical on the Mystical Body: MYSTICI CORPORIS CHRISTI: Speaking of full membership in the Church, Pius XII, in his Encyclical on the Mystical Body, said it is the society of those who have been baptized, and who profess the faith of Christ, and who are governed by their bishops under the visible head, the Pope, the Bishop of Rome.

What does it mean when you say you are the Body of Christ?

i.e loosely means "As an example". So your saying that you are the Body of Christ, you are really saying that your example or your actions are like that of Christ.Catholic AnswerThe Church is the Mystical Body of Christ. Through the Sacraments, grace is given to each member, and through the Sacraments each members becomes part of the Body of Christ. This is a great mystery but very real, Christ is Head of His Mystical Body and we are all part of it, through our Baptism. The unity of the Mystical Body produces and stimulate charity among the faithful: "From this it follows that if one member suffers anything, all the members suffer with him, and if one member is honored, all the members together rejoice." (Lumen Gentium 7, #3; cf. 1 Cor12:26) This flows from the fact that we are all governed by one and the same Spirit. "None of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself." (Rom 14:7) This life, this common life, in the one Body, which begins in Baptism, grows and is nourished by the Eucharist, which is the actual Body of Christ. Sin shatters this unity and it is only through the Sacrament of Penance that we are reunited to the Mystical Body.
