What is the cause of bleeding coming from the inside of the penis after intercourse?

There are several things that can cause a guy to bleed from his penis including, but not limited to trauma, infection, kidney or bladder stones, etc. But whatever the cause, it is important that if you are bleeding from your penis to get it it checked out and treated by a doctor.

∙ 15y agoMost likely HEMORRHOIDS, OR PILES, caused by constipation. The veins in the rectal wall become swollen and perhaps itchy, and they may bleed. Constipation can be avoided by taking more fibre in your diet. There are a few other possibilities, mostly involving some kind of cuts or tears to the rectum. If the bleeding persists, you should see a doctor.

∙ 15y agoInternal or External? Anyway if it is internal, gallstones and infection are the main cause. But injuries and trauma are also common. If you have suffered from an injury and are bleeding severely (meaning it doesn't stop on its own withing a couple of hours) it is time to go to the ER. Severe bleeding from your privates in men can be life threatening.
