What is the cheapest phone you can buy that is good enough to play Pokemon GO?

We looked through several sites for the answer to this, and the best one that we can find is one that Eurogamer.net tested. It was a Oukitel K4000, which they got for less than $100 on eBay. Pokemon GO seems to play really well on it, and it is very durable with a lot of other cool features, like a replaceable battery and extra card slots. It doesn't have a gyroscope, so you would be turning off AR except if you want to take a picture. That actually makes it easier to catch Pokemon anyway, so it might be a good thing.
It definitely isn't the best phone on the market, but if you are looking for something cheap that can handle Pokemon GO, this might be one of the best options you can find.
Here are a couple of other options that haven't actually been tested by the people on the sites, but suggested because they meet the minimum specs (Note: I left the Apple 4S off this list because I have it, and I know it crashes constantly while playing Pokemon GO):
