What happens in angel a Maximum Ride novel?

In "Angel," the seventh book in the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson, Max and the flock encounter a new adversary called the Doomsday Group, who are seeking to bring about the end of the world. In book five there is a romance between Max and Fang. Nudge leaves the flock to go to school. Dr. Martinez, Max's mom, is kidnapped. She goes to an U.S. Navy base to help save her mom. Basicly she saving the world one person at a time.

Angel is still being held captive (seen in the end of Angel) So the rest of the flock- Max, Dylan, Iggy, Gasman and Nudge go to regular school- as requested by Dylan. Max is still trying to get over Fang, and Dylan is still trying to get Max to love him...

Meanwhile Fang and his mini flock- Maya (Max 2), Ratchet, Holden, Star and Kate get into a fight with Ari- after Jeb turns evil and regenerates him. Star and Kate betray the mini flock and Maya ends up getting killed. So Fang breaks up the mini flock and returns to Max :D- as this is requested by his voice, in his head!!

Meanwhile Dylan receives a mission from Dr. G H saying he must capture Fang, Dylan refuses but then they threaten to kill Max so he accepts. Dylan starts to break Max down then she actually starts to love him. Then Fang arrives and after a few small fights they get back together. The flock accept this and they all work together to find Angel; to their relief they find her, only to find out that like Iggy she had been operated on and blinded!

Max and Fang fly off together, Dylan sees them and goes on a rampage. Later Ari arrives with 100s of Erasers trying to kill Fang because apparently he has special DNA, a major fight breaks out and Ari attacks Fang; but Dylan swoops in and kills Ari, making the rest of the Erasers die But then Dylan attempts to strangle Fang, almost killing him until Max steps in.

Dylan flees not to be seen until further on.

Dr. Martinez (Max's mam) arrives in a helicopter, and takes all the Flock away, to a 'paradise'. All the flock have separate houses and, the find that it is a place full of mutants just like them. Dr. Martinez explains that there is a disease that will kill the population rapidly if it is released.

Later that night Fang and Max are together when Dylan bursts in saying they must trust him, they ward him off and he leaves then Angel arrives saying they must leave now and head for the caves to survive, **SPOILER** Angel Then explains that she is 'The Voice'.. Max and Fang still try to leave but then the sky basically explodes:

The story is exactly the one James Patterson knows that teenage girls will like and buy into (he's a good businessman). Angel predicts Fang will die, but of course, he doesn't (because the author doesn't want infuriated girls posting on his blog), saved by Max, but he leaves the Flock because Dylan, Max's perfect mate (the perfectly corny ingredient added to the soap Opera) is apparently "right about putting the Flock in danger." It doesn't really make any sense, and he probably won't answer the question of why in the future (he doesn't mention how Max is supposed to save the world, really, or who the Voice is--most likely because he forgot somewhere along the line.) There's a lot of gushy parts between Max and Fang completely hormone-driven. They burned my eyes!

It was a complete disappointment... I personally liked it better when James Patterson kept Max and Fang "friends". This just shows the materialistic side of Fang!

Fang gets jealous because he like catches Max and Dylan staring at each other and stuff like that. Fang gets mad at Max and Max starts to fall for Dylan but she doesnt forget Fang. Dylan thinks Max and him are going to get married and have kids and be together forever, so he tries to steal her from Fang.

Max and the flock escape from the institute after max kills ari. Fang, Nudge, and Gazzy find out who their parents are. Then it's just max summing up the book, for the ending.
