It is behavioral biometric. It is used to describe how an individualaddresses the keys on the keyboard. As biometrics go, it has a great price to performance ratio, as it is software only, requiring no special hardware. Purely based on accuracy, it is slightly less accurate than low end fingerprint readers, when comparing crossover error rate.

How does your network model in developing an automotive repair communications plan compare to a network communications interoperability plan?

Communications interoperability and collaboration between different agencies, organizations, or departments are a serious challenge for many markets segments including enterprise safety and security, transportation, retail, financial and, of course, public safety and defense. Interoperability simply refers to the ability of personnel to communicate with staff from other agencies and organizations across different networks and devices. Communications interoperability focuses initially on solving the radio interoperability issue between different organizations or agencies which are often hampered by competing and conflicting business interests, organizational dynamics, public safety needs, the regulatory environment, and funding limitations.

Do the temperature and the pressure have to be the same everywhere in thermodynamic equilibrium?

Yes both the temperature and the pressure should be same because for a system to be in complete thermodynamic equilibrium both the thermal (in which temperature remains the same) and the dynamic (in which the pressure remains the same) equilibriums should be considered.
