the levels are to assist in the correct alignment of your headlights
It is under the steering wheel to the left right to the headlight switch.

The correct firing order is 13726548.
Look in the door jamb. Your correct tire pressure will be listed on the sticker there, near your VIN#
I'm not a mechanic / technician but if your battery is overcharging or the headlights are too bright so people are flashing their headlights at you when you are just using low beams ( it sounds like a voltage regulator problem )
Gap 0.50 (in thousandths)
Try looking at the low beam fuse it may be blown. If no other lights come on it could be the switch.
Try checking out the return wire, attached to the body, for the indicators & headlights. Bill

On a 2005 Lincoln Town Car : Open the drivers door and I believe on the end of the door ( or the latch pillar ) you will see an information sticker that shows the original size of tire on the vehicle from the factory
