The smallest keyring type knives cost 12-13 Swiss Franks.

The standard size knives cost 30-50 Franks. The one actually used by the Swiss Army, the "Soldatenmesser 08" costs 44 Franks. Bigger knives can cost 100 Franks.

Swiss Army Knives are made by two manufacturers: Victorinox and Wenger.

Victorinox is located in Ibach, canton Schwyz; and Wenger is located in Delémont, canton Jura.

These two companies have been manufacturing knives for the Swiss Army, and for retail sale, for over a century.

To make your first knife you would need a high accuracy metal plant, with presses, plastic moulding facilities etc. This would cost you many millions of whatever is your currency.

Even then you could not market your knives as "Swiss Army Knives" because that is a trademark. You couldn't even call them "Swiss Knives" unless they were made in Switzerland, that would be fraud.

But, hypothetically, once you had your factory working, it would cost about the same as a real Swiss Army Knife costs.

Currently, the smallest keyring type knives cost 12-13 Swiss Franks retail.

The standard size knives cost 30-50 Franks. The one actually used by the Swiss Army, the "Soldatenmesser 08" costs 44 Franks. Bigger knives can cost 100 Franks.
