I will mention that the Blue Persian Cats are very beautiful cats. However, it is a "high maintenance" breed that requires lots of combing, and is particularly poorly suited to rural life.

That depends what you define as cuddley.

If you mean softness and levels of fur then the result will be different to if you wanted one that also looked cute (to intensify the 'cuddley' experience).

Your best option is to visit a pet shop and decide which one is the best for you, every cat is different.

Well, that would depend on your preference, but i have found these breeds to be very adorable:

Munchkin, Singapura, Turkish Angora, Cymric, Scottish Fold, American shorthair, British shorthair, Himalayan, and the Maine Coon.

Rag-doll and Persian cats are fluffy and good to cuddle...they are good lap cats.

All cats are different by nature, so it'd be hard to find an exact breed of cat that always wants a cuddle.
