The human protagonists of the werewolf and vampire stories permeating the media these days could be said to be in "person vs. supernatural" conflicts. This isn't strictly Horror, though; the supernatural element could be an inflicted curse, an inevitable prophecy, dealings with a god, or something otherwise otherworldly.
