The outer planets have rings and satellites And Inner planets are called terrestrial planets because they are rocky. (Like Earth.) and receive more of the sun's energy so they have higher temperatures
1-Outer Planets are much colder then inner planets.
2-They are all Gas Giants (they are incredibly huge).
3-ALL outer planets have rings (Pluto is a dwarf planet. And is alot farther away then Neptune)
4-There gravity is ALOT stronger then the inner planets.
5-Outer planets have shorter days then inner planets (i don't know why though).
The inner planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars. They are solid and rocky. The outer planets are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. They are gas giants, with thick atmospheres and little solid area. The inner and outer planets are separated by the asteroid belt, which runs between Mars and Jupiter.
the inner planets are closest to the sun and the outer planets are farthest from the sun { Answered by a grade 4 student}
The difference between the inner and outer is the four inner are rocky and the four outer are gas giants.
the outer planets are gaseous and the inner planets are not
The inner planets are closer together than the outer planets are.
Inner planets small and rocky. Outer planets big and gassy.
The distances between the inner planets is smaller than the distances between the outer planets.
As the names suggest, the inner planets are closer to the Sun than the outer planets.
Inner planets. are inner & outer planets. are outer

The distances between the inner planets is smaller than the distances between the outer planets.
The inner planets are all rocky planets. The outer planets are completely made up of gases. The inner planets are much smaller than the outer planets.
The asteroid belt is in-between the inner and outer planets.
As the names suggest, the inner planets are closer to the Sun than the outer planets.
Inner planets are mostly rock and outer planets are mostly gas.
The inner planets are closer together than the outer ones.
