Well, for starters, there is a scene that's in the play that's not in the movie called "The Jitterbug". The witch (before she discovers poppies) sends out a "creepy crawly creation" to attack Dorothy. There's a whole song and dance number too.

Also, Somewhere Over the Rainbow is different.
