I'm pretty sure the answer is yes. If you use 2 attachments proficiency, which obviously allows you to have 2 attachments (as long as they aren't both aiming attachments such as ACOG, RDS, Hybrid Sight, Holo. Sight). About the Snake camo, I can't think of why IW wouldn't put Snake Camo on mk46. Hope this helps, bro! :D
