No, they are completely different boats that met almost the same fate. The Titanic sank when she hit an iceberg in 1912.
Ooops, yes the Titanic hit the iceberg, but the Lusitania was sunk by a German U boat (There is a theory the British did it & blamed the Germans) and some US passengers died. This was in May, 1915. It is cited as one of the reasons the US entered into WW1. Sorry, my fault!!!!
They both sank? Although one was a torpedo and the other an iceberg. They both had many devastating deaths and improper use of lifeboats. Neither of their captains took the threats they received seriously, the Lusitania believing that the U-boats wouldn't attack a passenger ship and the Titanic believing that anything that could sink her would be able to see from far away.
No, they had nothing to do with each other.

The Titanic and the Olympic were sister ships, both built by Harland & Wolff in Belfast, NI. Apart from mostly cosmetic elements, they were identical in almost every regard.
I think yes the Lusitania is the sister of the Titanic
The Titanic was way bigger than the Lusitania. And the way the Titanic sank is much more traumatic than how the Lusitania sank
the Titanic was sunk because it struck an iceberg, and the Lusitania was sunk by a torpedo
No Titanic was bigger.
No the Mauritania and Lusitania are from a differenent company than the Titanic! Titanic's sister sips are The Olympic and The Britannic!
No. Lusitania did not have a crash, she was torpedoed near Ireland.
to compete with the lusitania and the mauratania
The Titanic was named from the Titans, the mythlogy gods, for her HUGE size, luxuay, and speed, but was overuled by Cunard's Lusitania.
Three years after Titanic sank, in 1915, Lusitania was torpedoed off the coast of Ireland.
LUSITANIA
No the Mauritania and Lusitania are from a differenent company than the Titanic! Titanic's sister sips are The Olympic and The Britannic!
No. Titanic was constructed by Harland & Wolff. Lusitania was built by John Brown & Co.

No, the Lusitania set sail on May 1, 1915, while the Titanic sank on April 14, 1912.
No. An iceberg sank the Titanic. The Germans sank the Lusitania.
The lusitania was 750 feet long and 32,500 tones
to compete with the lusitania and the mauratania
No, there was no connection. Lusitania and sister ship Mauretania belonged to Cunard Line and were slightly smaller but faster than White Star Line's Titanic, Olympicand Britannic. All were competitors in the lucrative New York to Southampton run.
Titanic and her sister ships were made in responce to the two new Cunard line ships Mauretania and Lusitania.
