The difference between a tomato cell and a skin cell is their shape: Skin cells tend to be rounder than tomato cells. Also, the tomato cell has a cell wall, in which is missing in a skin cell. Skin cells are found on animals, like us, and tomato cells are found - let's face it - in or on a tomato.
A skin cell is differentiated. It is produces through a process called mitosis and contains diploid number of chromosomes.
An egg cell is undifferentiated. It is produces through a process called meiosis and contains haploid number of chromosomes
Blood cells (red) carry oxygen and a small amount of cellular waste in the blood stream to your lungs and around your body. Skin cells cover your insides and act as a waterproof "shield" from outside sources of harm.
What is the Difference between egg and human cell membrane?
the egg cell is spunk
labile tissues continuously divide and replace old cell like skin cells stable cells divide in case of injury like liver cell and permanent tissues do not divide like neurons.
An organ is a collection of cells that perform a function (liver, skin, muscles) whereas an organelle is something INSIDE a cell which performs a function for the cell (ribosome, mitochondria)
Stem cells are undifferentiated, which means that they can become anything. A skin cell is only a skin cell, a nerve cell is only a nerve cell, and a skin cell can't do what a nerve cell does, or vice versa. But a stem cell can become either a skin cell or a nerve cell, or any other cell your body has.

They appear different but work the same
A skin cell has a less complex structure than skin tissue has.

because the skin is constantly needing repair
As far as I know, liver cells usually only undergo mitosis if the liver is damaged. You should check a few other sources though.
The pulp has bigger cells in it, while the skin has many tiny cells.
Cell differentiation. A cell will activate certain genes and deactive others depending on where they are in the body. This specializes a cell to be a skin cell, liver cell, etc.
If a regular diploid body cell, (liver, skin etc..) have 60 chromosomes then the gamete (reproductive cell ie sperm/egg) have half that numberof chromosomes- So the Bull's liver cell contains 60 chromosomes.
