Love God in spirit. Do not worship false gods. Do not put your hope in idols or things made by men. Do not misuse the name of God. Keep the Sabbaths decreed by God.

Love each other in spirit. Honor your mother and father. Do not kill. Do not adulter. Do not lie or give false testimony. Do not envy or covet after anything or anyone.
I do believe that these are universal, not to be adhered to by the letter of the law, but by the spirit of love. These commands apply to all people in all times, everywhere. If we all did these things, Heaven would open to us and all suffering would come to an end.
