How many years difference between 20 BCE and 10 CE?
If it was from, say, 10bce/BC to 20bce/BC it would be 10 years. [The abbreviations can be confusing: "bce" is an abbreviation of "Before [the] Common Era, and "BC" is "Before Christ'' , while 'ce'' is ''Common Era'' and is the same as ''AD'']. However, there is no such year as year ''0'' [or ''zero''], so this Question is actually from 20bce/BC to 1 bce/BC [or 19 years], and from 1ce/AD to 10ce/AD [or 9 years], thus making it a 28-year difference. Additional Comment: Whenever doing a numeric range, one must consider 'inclusive vs exclusive' of the range. Usually then, 20 BCE to 10 CE is 30 astronomic years, which doesn't depend upon the Roman calendar error of Pope Gregory the Great's 'Denis the Little.'
