Human rights are rights people have just by virtue of being human. Civil rights are bestowed by countries to their citizens. Civil rights may be taken away, but human rights are universal and can't be denied.
Human rights are basic, like the right be be alive...civil rights are laws created by society...for example... mass murdering of Jews in WW2 would be a human rights violation while sueing a company for labor law violations would be a civil rights issue.
Civil rights pertain to the rights of a group or class. Individual rights pertain to the sovereign individual. Some examples of civil rights are rights based on race, sex, age, religion and economic status. Some examples of individual rights are, free speech, the right of a fair trial, the right of privacy, the right to defend one's self and the right to absolute liberty as long as it does not infringe upon the rights of other individuals.
Civil rights also believe in many of the same rights as individual rights, but the class distinction still holds true. For example; someone of an ethnic minority who is attacked can claim that their civil rights have been violated due to their ethnicity but can also cite violation of individual rights.
Wither they were attacked due to their ethnicity is irrelevant as it pertains to individual rights because the fact that an individual was attacked at all is what is relevant.
Civil rights have the ability to favor one group or class over another depending on social-economic, cultural, racial or political constructs.
well the difference between human and democratic right is not that big difference. why?
let me try to answer it human and democratic right do not exist in separation rather they form a whole
if u have for example the right to liberty, security, privacy, equality then you can have your democratic rights example: the right to vote, to join any political party
That is my answer i hope you got some idea
