A patriarch is a "father who rules", i.e., a significant ancestor. The patriarchs in Judaism are Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Jacob's twelve sons.
A prophet is a person who declares God's words to other people.
So most of the prophets were not patriarchs, and a patriarch need not be a prophet. Although The Bible tells us that Abraham talked to God, it does not indicate that he spent much time repeating God's words to anyone outside his own family. There is even less evidence that Isaac or Jacob did any such thing.
You probably can count Abraham as a prophet, but in Jewish history, his role as a patriarch is more important.
