Saddle seat is a type of English riding that involves a high-stepping horse, and the rider has his/her legs farther out in front than in most English saddles. Western is a type of riding where the saddle has a horn, and is deeper and more secure than an English saddle. Western riders do not jump.

The seat of a saddle is the area that you sit on. In English it is between the cantle and the pommel. In Western it is between the cantle and the horn.

What is the difference between a western pleasure saddle and a barrel racing saddle?

I'm pretty sure that Barrel Saddles have a deeper seat and higher cantle to help the rider stay in the saddle. Western Pleasure Saddles are just everyday plain western riding saddles. I'm not 100% sure about all this, but I'm at least 80% sure.

What are the differences between English an western tack?

There are many differences. The western saddle is made for comfort, and meant to have a good deep seat for fast and sharp turns in barrel racing. An English saddle is more proper and is fit for ease with jumping.

What kind of saddle is used for jumping?

You can jump in a saddle seat saddle the same way that you could jump in a western saddle or bareback. However, it will be difficult because the balance in a saddle seat saddle is different from that in a hunt seat saddle. With a saddle seat saddle, your weight is further back, and the stirrups are much longer. Also, saddle seat saddles lack knee rolls. If you are going over high jumps, it will be very hard to keep your balance in a saddle seat saddle.

Which of these parts are found on a saddle?

You did not specify what "these parts" are; it depends on whether it's an English or Western saddle. Common to both are the pommel, the seat, the cantle, the stirrups, the fenders, the cinch. Western saddles are much bigger than English ones and are used for entirely different purposes. Western saddles have a horn, that's one difference, and you really need a picture to see what the differences are.

Where can you find a western flyer bike seat for a 20 inch?

Generally speaking bike saddles aren't specific for one particular bike, so you don't have to look for a saddle from western flyer - unless you're looking to do an all-out restoration. What you need to keep track of though is that there are a few different seat post diameters and a couple of different ways of clamping the saddle to the seat post. But as long as you manage to match that you can buy whatever saddle you want.
