What is the difference between skills and talents?

Talents are inate abilities, potential one is born with. Skills are learned routines or methods that one does well, often because of the talents one possesses. To elaborate, for an administrative person high energy, friendly, and multi-tasker would be talents and being proficient with MS Office Suite or being able to manage an 8 line phone system would be skills.
