"Raptor" is a slang term often applied to dinosaurs in the family dromaeosauridae. Velociraptor was one of a number of members of this family. It is belived that the word raptor even originates from the name velociraptor.
The term raptor can also be used to describe a modern bird of prey.
Velociraptor was a rather small, but probably fast moving carnivorous dinosaur in the family dromaeosauridae.
Spinosaurus was the largest carnivorous dinosaur known in the family spinosauridae, even larger than tyrannosaurus.
Velociraptor was a small, extremely intelligent dromaeosaur, approximately 4-6 feet long and two feet tall.
Diplodocus was a towering 10-16 ton, 117 foot long sauropod.
About the only thing these two dinosaurs have in common is the strong evidence for their being social animals.
velociraptor. because it hunted in groups of 20 it could leap on spino and rip it to shreds
spinosaurus is better first of all if we do 3 velociraptors vs a spinosaurus it could just bite one with its mouth crushing it the others would jump on him but they cant find a weakness besides how are they going to climb it when it can ram it's body on a tree to crush the Velociraptor now there's one on the neck again no weak spot and if it goes for the neck the spinosaurus will just shake until it gets off the Velociraptor gets off the spinos body a little bit of blurry vision from the impact but it couldnt escape the spinos claws when it claws the raptor bleeding very much since its small and fast it escapes the claws searching for another animal to hunt the spinosaurus wins because of its body crushing bite and claws when a raptor comes near going for the body but even if a raptor did get in him I doubt it's weak psi would do much damage and besides sure it can do pack hunters but that's strength and a weakness if a raptor doesn't have a pack it's useless against medium sized dinosaurs but spinosaurus has more experience it can take a carcha down easily and has a lot of fish to eat even though the raptor is smarter and is a pack spinosaurus was the apex predator in the river and on land while Raptors hunted larger herbivores and and spinosaurus has the experience with carcha which was a carnivore the size of Trex! so if a spinosaurus is 59 feet it could even hunt herbivores because some scientists found a iguanadon in a baryonyx which was about 36 feet so a 59 footer wouldn't have problems hunting herbivores outside his playground. and besides Raptors need each other while spinosaurus just needed the instincts to take on predators such as sarcosuchus or carchadontusaurus and if a spinosaurus could do all of these abilities a raptor is more agile numbers and intelligence but thats about it you need actual bulk to just move a spinosaurus while spinosaurus can just bite slash and protect itself from most attacks
and besides Velociraptors didn't hunt it probably started a feeding frenzy but there's evidence that shows Velociraptors didn't hunt in packs because of the teeth and this is a reptile we are talking about the most social of reptiles is a Nile croc but they start feeding frenzys they don't hunt in coordinated packs
Diplodocus does not belong. It was a sauropod and an herbivore. The other three were theropods and were carnivores.
Velociraptor, Diplodocus, and Megalosaurus all belong to the order Saurischia. Saurischia is the lizard hipped dinosaur group, and it includes the four legged, long necked, giant suaropods like Diplodocus and the bipedal, predatory theropods like Velociraptor and Megalosaurus.
That is the correct spelling of "diplodocus" (a large sauropod of the genus Diplodocus).
Velociraptor belonged to the family Dromaeosauridae. There were many species in this family that were larger than Velociraptor, but the largest was Utahraptor. Utahraptor grew to be 23 feet long and weighed between 1,100 and 2,200 lb.

it has a long neck
The scientific name for a velociraptor is velociraptor monogoliensis.
Velociraptor fossils date to between 75 and 71 million years ago. That means they existed for about 4 million years.
A diplodocus is actually a platypus that lives in the ocean.
diplodocus is longer but brachiosauras is taller
Velociraptor fossils date to between 75 and 71 million years ago. That was during the Campanian and then the Maastrichtian stages of the Cretaceous period.
Most paleontologists think that Diplodocus was a gentle herbivore.
