Not too sure about art music, but Classical Music usually takes time within the classical, baroque, romantic, renaissance, and contemporary eras.

All classical music is acoustic, meaning no electric instruments, give or take an electric piano, violin, or viola...

Art music is a term used to refer to "advanced" music which relies more on formal style and theory. The opposite of art music is popular music. Classical music is a category of art music which includes traditional classical music (this is divided based on the region where it originated) and modern classical music (electronic, experimental, and minimalist music). Art music also includes certain forms of jazz which are considered to be less "popular" and more theoretical improvisation.

Classical music, can be romantic, as in Rachmoninov. But, it can also be quirky and comedic like some of Mozart's music, and very dramatic like Beethoven's Fifth. When you say Romantic, you've made the category already. So romantic would include some of Mozarts pieces, as well as Beethoven, and not to be forgotten, Rachmoninov.
