There are no nutritonal benefits of french fries at all. They are full of starch ( can cause Diabetes) The potatoes become carcinogenic when deep fried ( cancer causing) The potatoes most of the time are sprinkled with sugar ( to keep you wanting more, even if you cant taste it ) ( can cause diabetes and obesity) And covered with salt. (can cause high blood pressure which can cause heart attack and stroke if uncontrolled). The nutritional content of the potatoes are lost when fried
