What is the easiest stroke to swim?
The breast stroke
Front crawl, sometimes misnamed a freestyle, is when you swim on your front with your arms windmilling alternately and your legs providing propulsion by alternate up and down motion. Freestyle is officially any stroke, i.e. in a 100m freestyle you can actually swim any stroke, however most people swim frontcrawl as this is the quickest.
I depends on the context but the default swim for most people is definitely the freestyle. It is the first form a swimming taught to children. It was originally called the front crawl but after it's dominance in freestyle swim competitions (competitions where any stroke could be used) it eventually became known as freestyle swimming. It became popular in the middle of the 19th century and before that the breast stroke was the most used…
you swim freestyle by laying on your stomach in the water and kicking with straight legs and kicking from the hips. the stroke you raise your elbows (one arm at a time) with cupped hands and shoot them into the water. then pull underwater and do the same with the other arm. to breathe turn your head to the side during a stroke, and yeahh put it back down.
Depending on your capability to swim fast or the stroke your going to do it on id say well i do... 27seconds Front crawl 32 seconds Breast stroke 32seconds Fly Possibly about 34 seconds on backstroke seen as though that's the weakest it all depends on your capability to swim and how your stamina is if you have the drive to go faster.
the fastest swimming stroke is the butterfly...well it is supposed to be, but since it is such i difficult stroke as well it is harder to swim a long distance well. So the most efficient and fast stroke would have to be freestyle (the front crawl) hope i helped :) The fastest stroke is front crawl, full stop!
It is called a heat stroke. It is when you get too hot. I believe that it's because you already have heat inside of you and when you get in the heat you will be ok ... but if you are out there for too long and you get too hot you can have a heat stroke! The easiest way to know if you are about to have a stroke is if you get dizzy…
How do you judge a swimmer who elects to swim the butterfly or any other stroke during a freestyle event?
Stroke index is where the holes on a golf course are ranked in order of difficulty. 1 being the hardest and 18 being the easiest. One 9 will have all the even stroke indexes and the other will have all the odd stroke indexes, this ensures the shots are distributed equally. If your handicap is 9, you get a shot on all the holes ranked 1-9 in the stroke index.
