What is the effect of air conditioner to the global warming?

Condenser heat does not contribute to global warming at a larger extent. The amount of heat thrown to the ambient includes heat removed from the closed area + the amount of motor heat.

The heat energy within the room is removed & thrown to atmosphere. The additional heat thrown to atmosphere is of electrical motor heat which is not a major factor.

Any electrical appliance contributes to global warming according to the amount of power it uses. Most of our electricity is generated by burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas). These all release long held carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas into the atmosphere. So the more powerful the air conditioner is, and the more it is running, the more it contributes to global warming.
