The late 60's, early 70's turbo 400 had an electrical connection on the drivers side of the housing and it was for passing gear. I don't remember an electrical connection on a Turbo 350.
# The CKP sensor is located on the front side of the engine block # Unplug the CKP sensor electrical connector and remove the mounting bolt and remove the sensor
The coolant sensor is located approx. 1/2 way down the radiator on the passenger side of the vehicle. Disconnect the electrical connector, Remove the spring clip, pull out the sensor, replace with new sensor, replace the spring clip, connect electrical connector.
It is on the drivers side, near the top, a little bit forward of the linkage.
It is screwed into the side of the upper portion of your intake manifold , on the drivers side of the engine , and has an electrical connection to it . Ford refers to it as an air charge temperature sensor .
on the side of the alternator, look at the intake manifold, on the side, facing the brake fluid container, there is a brass nut with a gray electrical plug coming out of it, that is the IAT sensor.
If you remove the distributor cap and look at the left side of the distributor you will see a electrical connector and that is the cam sensor. You will have to remove the rotor button to get to it.
It's bolted to the back of the cylinder head (right side when facing engine) inside a casing....it has an electrical connector on it and it's attached to this casing by one bolt. Unplug the electrical connector, unbolt the sensor and replace in reverse...
On the top of the tranny, close to the firewall on the drivers side...It will have an electrical connector plugged into it...
Th350 has a modulator on the back. Th400 has modulator on side. 700R4 has no modulator.
Its inside the coolant overflow tank/reservoir (its the plastic reservoir where you pour in your coolant). Look on the side (the side that faces the engine) and you'll see an electrical wire is connected by a harness. That's your coolant level sensor.
IF you're asking where the coolant level sensor is located, it is located inside the coolant reservoir (that plastic tank on the passenger's side under the hood). The electrical connection is toward the front of the reservior on the engine side.
You may have a defective knock sensor located in the side of the engine block.
