There is no end product of nitrate metabolism. Nitrates, themselves, are one of the end products of protein metabolism.
Nitrite resulting from nitrate might confuse some people into thinking that there is nitrate metabolism. In the case of a UTI caused by bacteria, the bacteria produce an enzyme that changes urinary nitrates to nitrites, but this is not metabolism. It's the result of an enzymatic action.
the principal nitrogen-excretion product of metabolism
ethyl nitrite
Sodium chloride is NaCl. Mercourous nitrate is Hg2(NO3)2. The product of the reaction between these two compounds is Hg2Cl2, an insoluble salt.
Mixing sea water with silver nitrate solution than a white solid called (Silver chlorie) AgCl will form. Sodium nitrate is also a product but it is dissolved in the water. AgNO3 + NaCl→AgCl + NaNO3
After a single replacement reaction this two chemicals will create zinc nitrate, Zn(NO3)2. This happens because zinc has a more reactive composition than silver.
Nitrate is needed for protein metabolism.

Ammonium nitrate is a product from a fertilizer plant.
protein metabolism
It is lead bromide and potassium nitrate
no it is a product of amino acid metabolism (urea cycle in liver)
