Natural gas as recovered from underground deposits contains mainly methane (CH4), but it also contains heavier gaseous hydrocarbons such as ethane (C2H6), propane (C3H8) and butane (C4H10). Other gases such as CO2, nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) are also often present. Natural gas also contains small amounts of helium, and is the main source of helium. Small amounts of Mercury may be present. The exact composition varies from one field to another.
Methane is typically 70-90 percent, ethane 5-15 percent, propane and butane up to 5 percent.
Sulfur compounds must be removed before distribution. Small amounts of odorant are added to assist in leak detection. Mercury if present is removed.
I have been involved in the installation of biomass low pressure hot water heating boilers and acquired the following information from different sources.
Dry ash free wood contains 85.5% Volatile Matter, 13.4% fixed carbon, sulphur 0.02%.
The constituents of the volatile matter being producer gas, according to the India Institute of Science's website gives the volatile matter as CO 20+2%, CH4 3+1%, H2 20+2%, CO2 12+1% the Rest being N2. The calorific value of producer gas is 4.5 - 5% MJ/kg
Natural gas consists mostly of Methane, CH4, and Ethane, C2H6 (0-20%). I'm not sure that natural gas in and of itself can actually have a chemical formula since it is a compound found variably in nature. It would necessarily have different amounts of different compounds in it.
i haven't seen the right answer for this question but very soon i will
It is around 1 kg per cubic metre

Water gas is the term for a fuel consisting of carbon monoxide and hydrogen, produced by passing steam through heated coke. Producer gas consists of carbon monoxide and nitrogen products. Water gas is more flammable due to the hydrogen content.
formulae of tearing gas.
It can change from a gas to a solid to a liquid, or from a liquid to a solid to a gas. This change does not affect the composition of the matter.
According to Kent's Mechanical Handbook, vol.2, 1951 Natural gas (Birmingham) contains: (by volume) nitrogen - 5.0% methane - 90% ethane - 5% Producer gas (bituminous)[coal gas] contains: carbon dioxide -4.5% oxygen - 0.6% nitrogen - 50.9% Carbon monoxide - 27% hydrogen - 14% methane - 3%

Producer gas produces a mixed air which helps in producing high temperatures.
Water gas is highly combustible than producer gas

The leading producer of natural gas in Africa is Algeria. Algeria has an annual gas production of 82,760,000,000 and is the 9th leading producer in the world.
Alberta is the leading producer of oil and natural gas.

The composition of natural gas in Pakistan is CH4. The natural gas of Pakistan is made up of the same elements as the natural gas that is in the US.
