Make sure you stretch before doing the splits. Practise everyday doing the splits and you will get better each day.

I took 10 day split challenge for both middle split and front split and was able to do both.

Exercises - Downward dog + upward dog, half split, frog stretch, pigeon stretch, butterfly stretch

Stretching TIP - try Dynamic stretching, Pnf stretching,

No! According to me the splits are not suppose to be all the way down. Flexing your leg does not mean sitting with your legs spread apart
