There is no 2.8 V6 Ford. I assume you mean 2.9 V6. The firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6 Distributor rotates clockwise, # 1 cylinder is located passenger side, front of engine. yes there is a 2.8 l v-6 ford I have one in the driveway
