The owners manual should tell you that, but it doesn't. There are two "fuse boxes" on a 2007 charger. The fuse box in the trunk, next to the battery and spare tire, below the trunk floor board and the fuse box under the hood on the passenger side. Cigarette lighter fuse is located in the "trunk fuse box" which is right beside the spare tire and battery underneath the trunk floor board. Lift the trunk floorboard, open up the trunk fuse box by lifting the "left side" (nearest to the spare tire) and exposing the fuses. The cigarette fuse is a 20 amp (yellow) and is located in 1/2 of fuse slot #18 and the other half of the "IGN" (as marked on the black plastic) slot just below the fuse slot #18...kind of screwy...
look in your owners manual and it will tell you.
