Moon has mounds, mountains and craters. Most of these landforms remain undisturbed to this day. In addition, there are large flat lands of dark surfaces known as maria or empty seas.

Seethingly hot in the sunny places; unspeakably cold in the shadows. No air. Quite a bit of dust. Lots of broken ground. Kind of bouncy (due to 1/6th gravity).
