There is one among a group of airplanes way up in the sky (between the main island and wedge island). There is also one hidden in a secret cave in the area below the castle. Good luck finding them!
If you are really having trouble getting all of them, go to IGN guides that should help you out.
There also is the extreme canoeist, i think he's the hardest

∙ 13y agoI would have to say one of the hardest is Stillwater Grotto, it's entrance is by the weathered monument, in a cave, but good luck getting in!
Another hard one is extreme canoeist. It's in the water between wuhu and wedge island, under a large balloon.
