head-footed or cephalpod
Head-footed mollusks
I've never heard the expression "head footed." You may have misheard it. It looks (and could sound) similar to "lead-footed," which refers to someone who drives with a heavy (ie, leaden) foot on the gas pedal. In other words, someone who is "lead-footed" drives fast.

Right Footed
The term "head-footed" refers to a class of mollusks known as Cephalopoda, which includes animals like octopuses, squids, and cuttlefish. In these creatures, the foot has evolved into a set of tentacles or arms that are located around the head, facilitating movement and manipulation of their environment. This adaptation distinguishes them from other mollusks, which typically have a distinct foot used for locomotion.
